KAVI JAIN, Principal Architect and Director, completed his B. Arch. from IIT Roorkee in 1988.

He is a visionary who followed his own path to explore previously uncharted terrain. In 1990 he set up Nirman Consultants and over the years, the company developed into a world-class single-window Total Project Management Consultancy.  

With his passion for architecture and creative thought process, he inspires his team to produce path-breaking designs that have won awards and accolades nationally and globally. He laid the foundation of a responsible corporate culture in India with the trend of sustainable and environment-friendly office buildings.
