SANTOSH KUMAR MANDAL, Head Human Resources, completed his B.Com from Delhi University in 2002.

NIRMAN functions like a well-oiled machinery under his supervision, where timelines are met and quality is maintained.

He is an IT expert, maintaining a high level of efficiency by integrating and regularly updating systems and software for NIRMAN.
