SITANSU MOHAN PATNAIK, Town Planner, completed his B.Sc in Engineering from NIT Rourkela in 1980 and Masters in City Planning from IIT Kharagpur.

With thirty-six years of experience, working with various organisations, he is aware of every nerve and sinew of town planning.
